1. Analysis of the cause of blistering:
(1) Since a variety of surfactants are added to the water-based adhesive raw materials, the surfactants change the surface tension of the water-based adhesive, and the surfactants are likely to cause foam.
(2) The use of various high-speed mixers in the production process of water-based adhesives and the occurrence of turbulence, splashing, impact, air pockets, etc. in the water-based adhesive will increase the free energy of the coating system to varying degrees. Causes foam to occur easily, this is the external foam factor.
(3) In the water-based adhesive industry, the foam problem of water-based latex coatings is more serious. This is due to its special formula and special production process, as well as the addition of emulsifiers, which leads to a decrease in the surface tension of the emulsion system. Is the main cause of bubbles. The pigment wetting agent and pigment dispersant in the latex paint reduce the surface tension of the system and promote the generation and stability of the foam, making the foam stable and difficult to eliminate.
