    The cutting fluid defoamer is a defoamer made of modified polysiloxane as the main component, together with an emulsifier, a dispersant, and a stabilizer. It can be used in metal processing, cutting fluid, metal cutting fluid, etching fluid, electrolyte wire cutting fluid, alkali extraction process defoaming, dehydrating agent and other processes to defoaming and suppressing foaming.

    It is added to the foam system by destroying the elasticity of the film and causing the bubble to burst and the defoamer will diffuse to the gas-liquid interface, making it difficult for the surfactant with the function of foam stabilization to restore the elasticity of the film to defoaming and suppressing the foam. Strong adaptability, continuous defoaming and anti-foaming under high temperature, high shear, high acid-base environment, and good water solubility, can quickly penetrate into the foam, disperse quickly, and is well compatible with cutting fluids.
