The pulp deofamer is a new type of special defoamer for pulp, which is composed of special silicone polyether as the main material and is equipped with high-efficiency and good dispersibility additives. The notable feature is high temperature resistance and strong alkali resistance, rapid defoaming under high temperature and strong alkali conditions, long-lasting foam suppression and defoaming.

NanHui defoamer is widely used in water treatment, industrial cleaning, metalworking fluid, textile and dyeing, papermaking, coating and ink, daily chemical, agriculture, food, desulfurization, oilfield drilling, mining and other aqueous and oil systems.
Usage: Direct add this defoamer by drop pump to foaming systems.
Recommended dosage: 0.08~0.5kg for per ton of pulp in the initial stage, and adding 0.05~0.3kg for per ton of pulp in the air-dry stage, the the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test.
If want to control the dropping amount, diluting this product is available, only need to add water in and mixing slowly. Once dilute this product, it’s suggested to use up within 12 hours.
Packaging : This product is packed in 60kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums
Storage : This product is not dangerous. It is non-flammable and sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place indoors. The container should be strictly sealed after each use. The shelf life is about 12 months at 25°C.
Transportation : The product should be sealed well during transit to prevent moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater, and other impurities.
